Write and publish articles
Plan, write, review and publish articles for your blog and documentation with ProjectHQ's AI writer, or let auto-articles run your blog.
ProjectHQ plans, writes and publishes articles for your blog and your documentation. The AI researches each topic, writes in your voice, adds images and checks the facts. You review the result, change what you like and publish it to your website. You can also leave the whole cycle to ProjectHQ.
Everything happens in Publications in the menu.
The Publications page
- Your publications. Each blog or documentation site you write for. The + next to Publications adds another one.
- Articles, Calendar and Opportunities. The list of articles, the publishing calendar, and the keywords worth writing about.
- Auto-articles. Shows whether ProjectHQ is writing and publishing on its own. Click it to turn it on or to see how it's going.
- New article. Starts the AI writer.
- Up next. The next article on your calendar that hasn't been written yet.
- Status. Where each article stands. Draft, Writing and Published are self-explanatory. Review to publish means the article is waiting for you. Scheduled for publication means it goes live on its own on the date you picked.
How it fits together
- Plan. See what's coming on the calendar and pick topics from real search data.
- Write. Give the AI a title, or let it pick the topics itself.
- Review. Read the article in the editor, check its content health score and ask the AI for changes.
- Publish. Send it to WordPress, Webflow, Ghost or PrestaShop, or to your own site through a webhook or the API.
Once you trust the results, auto-articles can run the whole cycle on a schedule. You decide whether it publishes on its own or waits for you.
