Account and billing
Your plan and trial, billing and invoices, the brand, region and competitors of each project, and deleting a project.
Everything about paying for ProjectHQ and setting up a project as a whole lives here: what your plan includes, how billing works, how ProjectHQ describes your business, and how to remove a project you no longer need.
Each website you add is its own project with its own subscription, so billing is set per project. Only the project's owner sees the billing pages.
Where to find it
Click Settings at the bottom of the menu. Account and project-wide settings sit under Workspace:
- Project: how this website is described and targeted (Brand, Authors, Region and Competitors).
- Account: billing and the project itself.
- Subscription and Invoices: your plan, what you've used this month, and your billing history.
- Danger zone: delete the project.
You can also jump straight to billing from the menu: Upgrade during the trial or on the free plan, otherwise Subscription and Invoices.
In this section
- Plans, trial and limits: what the free trial, the full plan and the free plan include, and what happens when you reach a limit.
- Manage your subscription and invoices: check your usage, upgrade early, change your card, download invoices, cancel or reactivate.
- Brand, region and competitors: tell ProjectHQ how your business sounds, where your customers are and who you compete with.
- Delete a project: remove a website and all its data for good.
Your name and byline are set in your profile, see Find your way around. Haven't started yet? See Start your free trial.
