Start your free trial

You can try everything in ProjectHQ free for 14 days. You add a card when the trial starts, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — and you can cancel any time before that.

1. Create your account

Go to projecthq.pro and click Start free trial, or open the sign-up page directly.

1. Enter your Email and a Password (at least 8 characters).
2. Tick I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3. Click Create account.

Already have an account? Click Sign in in the top-right corner.

2. Add your website

Next, ProjectHQ asks for the website you want to grow.

1. Type your domain into Your website's domain — for example projecthq.pro. No https:// needed.
2. Check the country under the field (Customers in …). ProjectHQ guesses it from your domain; click it to pick another. It decides which country's searches your articles target and which language they're written in.
3. Click Start free trial.

Tip: Each website is its own project with its own trial. You can add more websites later from All projects → Add project.

3. Add your card

You're taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Enter your card and confirm. The page shows the price you'll pay after the trial — nothing is charged today.

Changed your mind on the checkout page? Go back — no charge is made, and you can start the trial whenever you're ready.

4. Wait a moment while your workspace starts

Back in ProjectHQ, you'll see your trial being confirmed:

This usually takes a few seconds. When Stripe confirms, your dashboard opens and you'll see Your 14-day trial has started. If Stripe takes longer, the page moves on by itself — there's no need to refresh.

While you get set up, ProjectHQ is already working: it reads your website, plans articles around searches your customers make, writes your first article and trains an AI assistant on your content.

What happens when the trial ends

• You keep going: when the trial ends your card is charged and your plan continues. We remind you before the first charge, and Settings → Account → Subscription (Manage your subscription and invoices) always shows the date the trial ends.
• You cancel: open Settings → Account → Subscription, click Manage Billing and cancel in the billing portal. You won't be charged — the panel then reads Trial ends …, nothing will be charged — and when the trial ends the project moves to the free plan, with limited analytics and no new articles.
• You can't wait: click Upgrade in the menu to end the trial early and get the full plan straight away — or Keep my trial to stay on it.

The trial includes a smaller allowance of articles, AI chat conversations and analytics events than the full plan — see Plans, trial and limits. You can see what you've used in Settings → Account → Subscription.
