See every page ProjectHQ found on your site with its status, page type, Google index state and SEO details in one place.

Webpages lists every page ProjectHQ found when it crawled your site, with its status, what kind of page it is, whether Google has indexed it, and every SEO detail the site audit collected. Use it to check a single page quickly, or to find the pages that need attention.

The list fills itself from the site audit crawl, so it's as fresh as the last audit.

The list

The Webpages list for projecthq.pro with URL, status, page type, AI description, Google Index, analysis and last analyzed columns
Column What it shows
URL The page. Click the small link icon to open it on your site.
Status The HTTP status code the page returned — 200 means it loaded fine; 3xx are redirects, 4xx and 5xx are errors.
Page Type What kind of page ProjectHQ's AI thinks it is, such as a landing page, a blog post or a support page.
AI Description A one-line summary of what the page is about.
Google Index Indexed or Not indexed in Google. Shown when Google Search Console is connected. Hover over the label to see Google's own wording, such as Crawled – currently not indexed.
Analysis Whether ProjectHQ's analysis of the page is Done, Failed or not run yet.
Last Analyzed When the page was last analysed.

Where the Google index status comes from

A page that already gets impressions in Google is indexed by definition, so it's marked Indexed straight away. For pages without impressions, ProjectHQ asks Google about them a few at a time and keeps the answer for a while before asking again. A dash means there's no answer from Google for that page yet.

Filter the list

The buttons above the list narrow it down:

  • All, Done, Failed, Not Run — by analysis status.
  • Status Code — for example only 404 Not Found or 301 Redirect pages.
  • Last Analyzed — by date.
  • Issues — With Issues or Without Issues.
  • URL — pages whose address contains some text, for example /blog/.
  • Crawl Status — Crawled or Not Crawled.

Webpage Details for /features/content-planner: status 200, the Overview tab with indexability information and AI insights with page type, description and keywords
Tab What you'll find
Overview Whether the page is indexable (not blocked by noindex, nofollow or robots.txt), the AI's page type, description and keywords, then the title and meta description with their length, the canonical URL, headings, word count, and counts of images, links and resources.
Issues Every site audit issue found on this page.
Social Preview How the page looks when shared — its Open Graph and Twitter Card tags, with a preview.
Outlinks The links on this page, internal and external, with their status and anchor text.
Inlinks The pages on your site that link here. A page with no inlinks is hard for visitors and search engines to find.
Resources The scripts, stylesheets and images the page loads, with their status.

The same panel opens when you click a page in a site audit issue, so you can go from a problem to the page and back.

Tip: Want only the pages that need work? Set Issues to With Issues, then open each page's Issues tab.
