One AI connection now covers all your sites
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to ProjectHQ once and it works with all your sites, including the ones you add later.

If you use ProjectHQ from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another AI assistant, you no longer need a separate connection for every site.
When you connect, All my sites is already ticked. That includes sites you add later, so you connect once and you're done. Want to keep some sites out? Just untick them.
Already connected to one site? No need to start over. Open your other site's settings, go to AI tools (MCP) and click Add this site next to the connection you already have. Remove this site takes one site out and leaves the rest connected.
On the same screen you choose how much the assistant may do. By default it can only read. You can also let it edit drafts, publish, or make changes in your project, like tracking keywords or tagging contacts.
Two more things. New ProjectHQ features now show up in your assistant on their own, no reconnecting needed (connections set up before this update need one last reconnect). And if you allow editing, your assistant can hand ProjectHQ a brief, and our writing agent researches the topic and drafts the article for you. That uses one article from your monthly allowance.
